RESPONSABILITIES

• Coordinate and manage skincare product development projects from concept to launch
• Create and follow product briefs and formula development
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to achieve product objectives
• Coordinate stability, compatibility and clinical testing with laboratories
• Contribute to packaging development and product presentations
• Create marketing materials for new launches
• Present new product concepts and provide technical insights to internal teams and clients
• Maintain and update the formula portfolio

EDUCATION LEVEL

• Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science or a related scientific field
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• First experience of at least 3 years in skincare product development or project management
• Strong interest in skincare innovation and market trends
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
