Intern – Product Development BU Scent and Care

At our Olgiate Comasco site, we are looking for a passionate and curious Intern eager to immerse themselves in the development of new beauty products.

You will contribute to envisioning and developing new concepts across Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, personal Care & Fragrance world, striving to create industry-changing products that captivate the market, transcend current standards, and push the boundaries of innovation within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Development (PD) Teams across all Care & Scent categories (Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Personal Care, Fragrances & Ancillaries) with daily operational activities, coordinating with R&D, Packaging, Engineering, Production, Planning, Regulatory and Creative teams to ensure projects and samples are delivered on time for customer meetings, international fairs and internal events, with a strong focus on organization, accuracy and consistency.
• Support project follow-up, tracking timelines, requirements and actions across functions, and ensuring accurate and organized information is available to the team.
• Participate in texture evaluations and product testing, helping document feedback and support texture approval activities.
• Explore new trends and market insights, including new product launches identified by the Strategic Marketing Team, bringing new ideas and inspiration to the team.
• Support the preparation of product concepts, presentations and marketing/event materials in English, including booklets, product indexes, regulatory charts and formula status updates.
• Support the PD Team in combining technical know-how with creative flair, contributing to products and concepts that can drive innovation and be showcased at international beauty events.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
• Transparent, trustworthy and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• A team player, capable of collaborating in a dynamic environment while managing priorities responsibly Team player, able to work in complex organisation.
• Genuine passion and curiosity for the beauty and cosmetics industry, particularly in Body, Personal Care, and Fragrance.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Good communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute actively
