RESPONSABILITIES

At our Olgiate Comasco site, we are looking for a passionate and curious Intern eager to immerse themselves in the development of new beauty products.
You will contribute to envisioning and developing new concepts across Personal Care, Body Care, Fragrance, and Ancillaries, striving to create industry-changing products that captivate the market, transcend current standards, and push the boundaries of innovation within the Group.

ACTIVITIES

• Support cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging Development, Engineering Innovation) in blending technical know-how with creative flair, contributing to products that will lead industry transformation and be showcased at international beauty events.

• Maintain curiosity and proactivity, keeping in touch with technical departments to explore technological platforms and gather insights for the development of innovative products.

• Assist in texture evaluations and approvals, helping document and organize feedback during product testing.

• Support project follow-up activities, ensuring accurate tracking of timelines and requirements across teams (R&D, Packaging, Engineering, Production, Planning, Regulatory).

• Help prepare presentations and supporting materials

• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials for internal stakeholders and customer meetings.

• Help monitor market trends, competitor products, and new launches, providing clear and organized reports to support the team’s innovation pipeline.

• Execute daily operational tasks with precision, ensuring organization and consistency even in repetitive activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.

• Genuine passion and curiosity for the beauty and cosmetics industry, particularly in Body, Personal Care, and Fragrance.

• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).

• Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, and Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Good communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute actively.

• A team player, capable of collaborating in a dynamic environment while managing priorities responsibly.
