RESPONSABILITIES
Support the Sustainability team in the implementation and monitoring of sustainability strategies, policies, and programs across the Group. Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety within the assigned scope of activities.
ACTIVITIES
· Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, HR, Procurement)
· Contribute to sustainability assessments and data collection to identify improvement opportunities
· Assist in sustainability reporting processes (e.g. ESRS, EcoVadis, CDP), including data gathering, validation, and analysis
· Support supplier engagement activities and value chain sustainability initiatives
· Conduct research and benchmarking on sustainability topics (e.g. climate, circular economy, sustainable sourcing)
· Assist in the organization of sustainability trainings, events, and internal awareness campaigns
· Support audit preparation and documentation (environmental and social compliance)
· Contribute to the monitoring of sustainability KPIs and tracking of progress against targets
· Collaborate with Group functions and Legal Entities to ensure alignment with sustainability objectives
· Provide general analytical and operational support to ongoing sustainability projects
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree (or currently pursuing) in Environmental Science, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
· Strong interest in sustainability, ESG topics, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. CSRD/ESRS)
· Analytical mindset with good Excel/PowerPoint skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data
· Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, international environment
· Fluency in English
· Basic knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (e.g. ESRS, GHG Protocol)
· Previous academic or internship experience in sustainability-related topics
