RESPONSABILITIES

For our Headquarters in Agrate Brianza (MB), we are looking for a Strategic Marketing Intern. The new team member will be responsible for analyzing the beauty market, monitoring trends, and developing strategic insights for brands and consumers. They will also support product development, client interactions, internal concept creation, and the coordination of events and innovation projects.

ACTIVITIES

• Constant beauty and personal care market overview (both qualitative and quantitative analysis)
• Trend monitoring and forecasting of the beauty industryCreate brand diagnosis/consumer profile/portfolio analysis for existing clients
• Contribute ideas for internal collections
• Portfolio and innovation formula promotion
• Support client meetings
• Support in the organization of events
• Coordinate product development, client or internal

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English is essential, French is a plus
• Passion for cosmetics and beauty industry a must
• Bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in Marketing
• Strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit: thrives in an environment that is fast-paced and rapidly changing with ability to handle multiple priorities at once
• Strong PowerPoint skills
