RESPONSABILITIES
We are looking for an AI Project Manager to oversee, coordinate, and drive AI projects that support the Group's digital transformation strategy. The person will lead AI initiatives in product innovation and cosmetic formulation, acting as a strategic partner between business functions, R&D, and technology partners ensuring measurable, scalable, and tangible results.
ACTIVITIES
- Define, plan and manage Group's AI projects from inception to delivery.
- Translate business needs (R&D, Product Development, Operations, Marketing) into actionable and implementable AI solutions.
- Coordinate with technology vendors, startups, and consultancy partners to ensure project quality and adherence to milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data & Digital Applications, ERP, Industrial Applications, Security) to integrate AI solutions with existing systems.
- Work closely with IT and Business functions across the Group’s subsidiaries to ensure the global implementation of the AI strategy.
- Ensure the adoption of data management best practices (data cleaning, enrichment, governance) critical to the success of AI solutions.
- Foster experimentation (PoC, Feasibility Sprints) and facilitate the industrialization of AI projects.
- Monitor technological trends and developments to identify new AI opportunities within the cosmetics and corporate sectors.
- Prepare reports and presentations for CIO, COO and top management, highlighting project progress, outcomes, and ROI.
EDUCATION LEVEL
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent).
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 - 5 years of professional experience in IT/Data Science with project management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Knowledge Graphs, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision).
- Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in international settings.
- Ability to work with R&D/Innovation teams, understanding technical needs and the specificities of cosmetic product development.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience with BI/Analytics tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of data governance and data architecture.
- Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results and ROI.
- Hands-on approach, capable of translating strategy into operational execution.
- Excellent communication and partner/vendor management skills.
- Experience working in multicultural, international teams
- Previous experience in AI projects within the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industries will be a plus.
